Where are you based?
All our orders—from design to dispatch—are fulfilled from Islamabad, Pakistan.
Do you have any outlets?
Yes, our products are available at select retail locations across the city.
Our main store is Kidco in Commercial Market, Rawalpindi.
You can also find our display areas at Tiny Humans in DHA and Mirpur.
What is your exchange and return policy?
We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery (excluding sale items).
To be eligible for exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unstained, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Items should be neatly folded and returned with original packaging and receipt
Customized and wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Why was my order cancelled?
While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur during order processing.
Please contact our customer support team via social media or WhatsApp, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
What is the preferred mode of payment?
We offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) across Pakistan for all our handcrafted apparel, including both ready-to-wear and custom orders.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer shipping within 3–5 working days through reliable logistics partners.
For wholesale or customized orders, shipping times and charges may vary.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.
International shipping will be available soon. If you’re living abroad and wish to send a gift to someone in Pakistan, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or social media for assistance.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery times:
• 2–4 working days for major cities
• 3–5 working days for other cities
Delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods due to high order volume.
